OUR JOURNEY 

 

Wilbert’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2005 as an artist, where he immersed himself in the world of sales, marketing, and promotion for over 15 years. His passion for creativity and business led to new opportunities, and in 2014, he starred in and co-produced the independent film The Minnesota Delivery.

By 2016, Wilbert began working with Saint Paul Parks and Recreation, coaching youth football and building strong community relationships. His work inspired him to invest even deeper in youth development.

In 2018, Wilbert opened his own music studio, focusing on producing and artist development. He dedicated himself to helping young creatives become entrepreneurs, teaching them ownership through marketing, design, promotion, and the power of data analytics.

In 2021, he took his commitment to community wellness further by joining Ramsey County Public Health as a Community Mediator. There, he fostered relationships and guided individuals through customized wellness plans, witnessing real transformation.

Through these diverse experiences — from the arts and mentorship to community health and business strategy — Wilbert saw the need for a service that brings all these elements together. That vision became Healing House Consulting, where he is now dedicated to fostering growth for individuals and businesses through strategic planning, execution, and genuine care.
